What’s Old is New Again

While on a recent trip to Ithaca, NY, I stumbled upon Angry Mom Records and decided to take a look.  Much to my delight they had an enormous and comprehensive selection of albums across pretty much all music genres.  Feeling nostalgic I made a several purchases which has since led to a bit of a buying spree (turns out it is pretty easy to order vinyl copies of both past and recent releases).

Only thing missing now was the equipment needed to enjoy my newfound gems.  So I made the plunge and couldn’t be happier.

Almost forgotten is the superior sound of vinyl vs. digital as well as the experience of hearing a work of art from start to finish, as it was intended to be listened to.

So glad that vinyl has made a comeback …

Time to Choose Sides

We are at a critical point in our democracy.  The systematic undermining of our elections can no longer be questioned by anyone … not even the idiot in chief.

Now is the time for all patriots to be unambiguous in their support to hold this administration fully accountable.  The lies, deceit, dishonor, and systematic erosion of our democracy and  world standing needs to stop.

Choose patriotism over treason.
